1. PRICES<\/strong><\/p>

All our prices include VAT, comprehensive insurance, and travel assistance insurance. A deductible of \u20ac1,500 applies to any damage to the vehicle (to be paid immediately upon returning the vehicle in the event of damage).<\/p>

The rental deposit is \u20ac250 for half a day or a full day. For longer rental periods, the deposit is \u20ac500.<\/p>

The renter is responsible for diesel fuel costs. The vehicle must be picked up and returned with a full tank of diesel. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank of diesel, additional<\/p>

Charges are based on usage.<\/p>

The number of kilometers included per rental period is fixed. Any additional kilometers are charged at \u20ac0.30 per kilometer, including VAT.<\/p>

2. RENTAL TERMS<\/strong><\/p>

Half a weekday, up to 4 hours, 60 km included<\/p>

Weekday, between Monday and Friday, 125 km included<\/p>

Weekend day, Saturday or Sunday, 125 km included<\/p>

Weekend (Saturday and Sunday), 250 km included<\/p>

Midweek, Monday through Friday, 500 km included<\/p>

Week, Monday through Sunday, 600 km included<\/p>

Terms and conditions for longer periods are available upon request.<\/p>

3. EQUIPMENT<\/strong><\/p>

All vehicles are suitable for a Class B driver's license.<\/p>

4. WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED<\/strong><\/p>

Smoking and pets are not permitted in the vehicle. It is also prohibited to sublet the vehicle to third parties.<\/p>

5. CLAUSES<\/strong><\/p>

Our rental terms and conditions apply only to European destinations.<\/p>

In the event of force majeure or if the reserved vehicle type is unavailable, the rental company has the right to provide a similar replacement vehicle. The rental company is not required to<\/p>

pay compensation if he fails to provide a replacement vehicle.<\/p>

It is prohibited to use the rented vehicle to transport any form of prohibited substances, equipment, drugs, illegal persons, or goods, in accordance with relevant European legislation.<\/p>

Any violation resulting in the impoundment of the rented vehicle will irrevocably result in the offending renter paying compensation to the rental company. This compensation is equal to<\/p>

the full purchase price of the leased vehicle.<\/p>

In the event of damage, the renter must report it to the landlord by phone within 24 hours so that the necessary measures can be taken before the renter\u2019s return.<\/p>

Fines incurred during the rental period are always the responsibility of the renter. PLEASE NOTE: The renter is personally responsible for any exceeding of the MTM, as well as for any fines or consequences.<\/p>

The renter will pick up the vehicle in person with a valid driver's license and ID card.<\/p>

6. ADDITIONAL COSTS<\/strong><\/p>

The renter must return the rented vehicle in the same condition as when it was picked up, that is, in a clean, proper, and complete condition.<\/p>

Any existing defects and\/or damage must be reported upon departure and recorded on a damage report form.<\/p>

Damage repairs vary depending on the specific case<\/p>

Replacement of missing parts varies by claim<\/p>

Refueling the diesel tank depending on fuel consumption<\/p>

Vehicle cleaning: \u20ac40, including VAT<\/p>

7. PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>

The full rental fee and security deposit must be paid upon pickup of the vehicle. Any additional mileage or charges will be calculated and paid by the renter upon return of the<\/p>

8. INSURANCE<\/strong><\/p>

The vehicle is insured through the insurance broker Q&O Horse Insurance, Westerlaan 1, B-8790 WAREGEM (www.qeno.be<\/span>)<\/p>

The vehicle is insured as standard for:<\/p>

\u23af Mandatory civil liability insurance<\/p>

\u23af Independent legal aid<\/p>

\u23af Comprehensive auto insurance<\/p>

\u23af Unlimited coverage for recovery and towing after an accident, provided you use Renault Assistance (24\/7) T. +32 800 15 051 (*)<\/p>

(*) When local authorities decide who will tow the vehicle (e.g., on a highway), it is advisable to have the vehicle towed to the nearest exit and then have Renault Assistance take over (this is very important in terms of the cost of the tow). In all<\/p>

In other cases, GP Renting BV will pass on the costs to the lessee.<\/p>

For more details regarding obligations, exclusions, and recourse against the insured, please refer to the General Terms and Conditions, which are available upon request from Q&O Horse Insurance.<\/p>

9. CLAIMS PROCESSING \/ OBLIGATIONS IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT<\/strong><\/p>

In the event of an accident resulting in damage: submit the damage report to GP Renting BV within 3 days of the accident. This will allow GP Renting BV, in consultation with Q&O Horse Insurance, to engage an independent vehicle expert<\/p>

order, with a view to prompt repair.<\/p>

In the event of total or partial theft:<\/p>

\u23af file a complaint with the police within 12 hours of the incident<\/p>

\u23af Submit a claim to GP Renting BV within 12 hours of the theft or attempted theft<\/p>

\u23af Return the original keys and other vehicle documents to GP Renting BV within 12 hours of the theft<\/p>

In the event of a broken window: Notify GP Renting BV so that they can schedule an appointment with a repair shop approved by the insurer.<\/p>

In case of car trouble: Contact GP Renting BV.<\/p>

This agreement is governed by Belgian law.
