1. PRICES<\/strong><\/h3>

  • \u2022 Our prices include: VAT, liability insurance, and travel insurance.
    \u2022 The security deposit is \u20ac1,000.
    \u2022 Diesel fuel consumption is the renter\u2019s responsibility; the vehicle is delivered with a full tank of diesel and must be returned with a full tank. Any difference in fuel level is the renter\u2019s responsibility.
    \u2022 Additional kilometers at \u20ac0.20\/km, VAT included.
    \u2022 A deposit of 30% must be paid to confirm the reservation.
    \u2022 If the vehicle is not returned on the date specified in the contract, a daily charge equal to three times the standard daily rate will be assessed.
    \u2022 The rental fee must be paid upon pickup; any charges for excess mileage will be settled when the minibus is returned.
    \u2022 If the rented vehicle is not cleaned, a fee of \u20ac40 will be charged. The renter must not clean the vehicle at a car wash; a high-pressure washer may be used, but no abrasive cleaners are allowed.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    2. RENTAL TERMS<\/strong><\/h3>

    • \u2022 Day: 150 km, incl.
      \u2022 Week: 2,100 km incl.
      \u2022 Two weeks: 4,200 km incl.
      \u2022 Rental rates and terms for longer periods are available upon request.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      \u00a0<\/div>

      3. INSURANCE<\/strong><\/h3>

      • \u2022 The vehicle comes with standard third-party liability insurance. If the customer wishes, they can purchase comprehensive insurance for 15 euros per day. The deductible for this is \u20ac1,750.
        \u2022 Coverage applies only to the countries listed on the insurance card. The customer shall not use the vehicle in countries where coverage is not provided.
        \u2022 The personal belongings and luggage of the driver and passengers that are in the vehicle are not covered.
        \u2022 The insurance company may seek recourse against the person involved in the event of an accident caused by drunkenness or intoxication.
        \u2022 The validity of the insurance policies is strictly limited to the agreed-upon period of assignment. Upon expiration of this period, the customer becomes responsible for his or her own insurance.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        4. DAMAGE<\/strong><\/h3>

        • \u2022 The renter will be held liable for all damage caused by him. Unless he chooses to insure the vehicle with comprehensive coverage, subject to a deductible of \u20ac1,750.
          \u2022 In the event of damage or loss to the vehicle, the customer agrees that GP Renting B.V. will appoint a vehicle appraiser with the following mandate:
          \u00a0<\/span>\u2013 estimate the cost and duration of the repair
          \u00a0<\/span>\u2013 where applicable, to determine whether the wear and tear is normal or abnormal.
          The referee is exempt from all formalities regarding compliance with the procedure.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. DETERMINATION OF THE STATE<\/strong><\/h3>

          • \u2022 The inspection is conducted in the presence of both parties. If the customer is absent, the inspection is conducted by a person designated by the lessor and is considered to have been conducted in the presence of both parties.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            6. MAKING AVAILABLE\/RETURN<\/strong><\/h3>

            • \u2022 The use of the vehicle may not be extended without the written consent of GP Renting B.V.
              \u2022 GP Renting B.V. has the right, if the vehicle is not returned on the scheduled date, to repossess the vehicle from any location without any further legal proceedings.
              \u2022 If any items are missing when the vehicle is returned, the renter will be charged for them.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              7. EARLY TERMINATION<\/strong><\/h3>

              • \u2022 The agreement will be terminated early in the event of:
                \u00a0 <\/span>\u2013 damage resulting from theft, fire, or an accident
                \u00a0 <\/span>\u2013 the customer\u2019s failure to comply with any of the contractual obligations
                \u00a0 <\/span>\u2013 a declaration of bankruptcy by the customer or a composition agreement
                \u00a0 <\/span>\u2013 the insurance company's refusal to continue providing coverage.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                8. USE<\/strong><\/h3>

                • \u2022 Only the driver named in the contract is authorized to drive the vehicle. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing in advance.
                  \u2022 The driver must hold a valid driver\u2019s license, be at least 23 years old, and not have been disqualified from driving. The vehicle may not be driven by anyone who is subject to any medical or legal restrictions.
                  \u2022 It is prohibited to use the vehicle to push or tow another vehicle, to participate in races, or to overload the vehicle.
                  \u2022 The vehicle may not be used for paid passenger transport.
                  \u2022 The customer will regularly check the tire pressure, water level, and oil level, follow the prescribed procedures, and keep the vehicle clean at all times.
                  \u2022 It is prohibited to sublease, lend, or pledge the vehicle as collateral. The customer acquires no right, title, or interest in the vehicle other than a right of use for the agreed-upon period.
                  \u2022 GP Renting B.V. can never be held liable under civil or criminal law for the consequences of the customer\u2019s\/driver\u2019s conduct, nor for any bodily injury and\/or property damage that the customer\/driver\u2019s passengers or employees may suffer as a result of the accident.
                  \u2022 All penalties, fines, or any costs of any kind incurred as a result of a violation of the traffic code or any other legal provision shall be borne exclusively by the customer.
                  \u2022 In the event of an accident or technical incident, the customer must notify GP Renting B.V. immediately. A report of any accident will be submitted to the lessor immediately.
                  \u2022 Smoking and pets are not allowed in the vehicle.
                  \u2022 It is strictly prohibited to use the rented vehicle to transport any form of prohibited substances, equipment, drugs, illegal persons, or goods, in accordance with relevant European legislation.
                  \u2022 Any violation resulting in the impoundment of the rented vehicle will irrevocably require the offending renter to pay the rental company compensation equal to the full purchase price of the rented vehicle.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  9. CANCELLATION BY THE RENTER<\/strong><\/h3>

                  • \u2022 If a rental agreement is canceled, the renter is liable for the following cancellation fees: \u2013 for cancellations up to the 30th day before the departure date: the advance payment due \u2013 for cancellations from the 30th day up to the 14th day: 50 % of the rental amount \u2013 for cancellations from the 14th day up to the day before departure: 90 % of the rental amount \u2013 for cancellations on the day of departure or later: the full rental amount.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    10.<\/strong> THE SIGNATORY<\/strong><\/h3>

                    • \u2022 Is jointly responsible with the natural or legal person to whom the contract is addressed for both proper performance of the contract and payment of the rent.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                      11. OTHER<\/strong><\/h3>

                      • \u2022 A copy of the agreement must always be kept in the vehicle. Belgian law applies exclusively, and only the courts of the jurisdiction in which the company\u2019s registered office is located have jurisdiction.\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>
